Violab's Vehicle Controller

Violab’s Vehicle Controller is a sophisticated control unit designed for vehicles, particularly those used in transportation or logistics. It incorporates various sensors, including temperature and humidity sensors, to monitor environmental conditions inside the vehicle. Additionally, the controller features components such as a stepper motor and RGB LED indicators for operational and diagnostic purposes. One of the key features of this controller is its ability to connect to the cloud using the MQTT (Message Queuing Telemetry Transport) protocol.

Home Security System

This system is designed to provide comprehensive security for homes. It employs several sensors, including Passive Infrared (PIR) motion sensors and door sensors, strategically placed around the premises. When any unusual activity is detected, such as motion or unauthorized entry through doors or windows, the sensors trigger an alert mechanism. This alert is sent to the homeowner’s mobile phone through a communication channel, typically via Wi-Fi or a cellular network. The homeowner can then receive real-time notifications and take appropriate action, such as contacting authorities or remotely monitoring the situation through connected cameras or other surveillance devices.

Water Vending Machine for Public Sector

This project aims to address the need for convenient and accessible water dispensing in public areas. The water vending machine is equipped with a QR code payment system, allowing users to make quick and secure transactions to access clean water. Users simply scan a QR code displayed on the vending machine using their smartphones, which initiates the payment process. Upon successful payment, the vending machine dispenses the desired quantity of water into the user’s container, providing a hassle-free solution for obtaining potable water in public spaces such as parks, transportation hubs, or recreational areas.

PCB Tester

Developed specifically for Millennium Semiconductor Company, the PCB tester is a specialized device used for quality assurance and fault detection in printed circuit boards (PCBs). The tester incorporates advanced features such as automatic touch switch activation and a camera-based vision system. When a PCB is placed on the tester, the automatic touch switches are activated to initiate the testing process. Simultaneously, the integrated camera captures high-resolution images of the PCB surface, which are analyzed using computer vision algorithms to identify any defects or anomalies.
